Utilizing a direct press process, the flooring is comprised of four layers, each one contributing to BHK Flooring's high level of quality and durability. The moisture resistant HDF core is a high density fiberboard made with water repellent glue. The design layer is impregnated with resin and printed with a variety of patterns. The protective top layer is a transparent wear and scratch resistant surface layer.

The melamine backer is the balancing layer. It is impregnated with resin and insures the stability of the flooring panel. This layer is equal to the two top layers, thereby preventing warping or the undesirable "banana" effect.

The innovative BHK System requires no glue. This unique system utilizes a sophisticated joinery mechanism that allows the tongue and groove to click firmly together. The lower lip of the groove is elastic, which makes joining the panels together very easy. This unique joinery system ensures tight seams and strong joints without the use of glue. Secured planks can withstand approximately 1,000 pounds of pressure per linear yard before two planks can be pulled apart. Joints are precision manufactured to withstand tolerances of 1/1000 of an inch.

During the manufacturing process, the tongue and groove are given a complete surface treatment to improve its resistance to moisture. State of the art technology closely monitors the production process. This ensures high quality flooring products as compared to competitive products that can have loose joints and slightly open seams which can create future problems.

Lipping occurs when two planks are not fitted evenly together and the top layer detaches. With our unique joinery system, precision manufacturing and high quality standards, our joints lock together evenly for a tight fit thus preventing lipping problems. All BHK joints are created equal.

SUPERIOR CORE

Our superior moisture resistant HDF core offers a low swell rate and minimizes plank distortion and peaking.

BHK Glueless Laminate Flooring is offered in a 7mm, 8mm and SoundGuard 10.5mm thickness. Competitive products can be as low as a 6mm thickness. The planks's thickness ensures a greater stability over a period of time. Therefore, the thicker the plank is minimizes the problem of warping.

INSTALLATION Perfection! Installation is fast and easy with our glueless laminate flooring. Simply "click" the panels together! Installation instructions are included in every package of our flooring.

Doorjambs: Our joinery system allows you to tap the planks together and it will not affect the integrity of the joint itself. Installation in large rooms: For rooms 50'x 50' or smaller, no transition moldings are required (refer to Installation Instructions). Use it again: You can disassemble and reinstall your BHK Glueless Laminate Flooring up to three times. Reinstall in another room -saves you money, is environmentally conscious and maintains your warranty.
